We will acknowledge the uncomfortable reality that there will be those that wish us harm.
Dangers will always linger in the shadows of our vast world.
Tyrants will seek power, and terrorists will attempt to intimidate.
And while we will remain vigilant, we must also be sure not to seed the grounds of despair that allow their lies and false promises to grow in the minds of the desperate.
We will heal, we will grow, and we will move forward together.
